If any order is placed after 5:00 PM, it will be processed for dispatch on the next day only.
Any order placed late on the weekend, i.e. Saturday after 5:00 PM, will be processed for dispatch
on Monday evening due to limited shelf life, as courier pickup is not available on Sunday.
Shipping address and contact information must be correct. Any delay in delivery due to incorrect
information will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
We use courier services for standard shipments within Pakistan. Every effort is made to ship
orders within 1–3 business days after receipt of order and payment. Customers will be notified
once the order is shipped.
For delivery on a specific date (excluding holidays), please place your order at least
72 hours in advance.
Payments can be made using a credit card. Delivery is subject to approval and confirmation
of the credit card.
Please ensure that complete and accurate information is provided, especially the recipient’s
name, valid address, and contact number. Orders with delivery addresses in villages will not
be entertained, as courier services operate only within cities.
Delivery for Lahore – within 48 hrs time only
Delivery for all Metro cities – within 2-3 days only
Delivery for all Non-metro cities – within 5-7 days only
